Renting is as simple as selecting your desired date and time, picking out what you need and adding it to your cart.

All rentals require a major credit card for checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).  We can also take credit cards over the phone. Your card information is kept on file throughout the rental period in the event of any damage discovered when returning.

We offer full setup with our flexible delivery service at no extra charge within Pella. Outside of Pella, we charge $25 for delivery of large items and $15 for small items (up to 18 miles). Large items like our bounce houses, tables and chairs are not available for pickup, while smaller items can be delivered or picked up by the renter. Please read the item description for conditions. Please select the appropriate method at checkout and we will contact you to make arrangements. 

Each of our bounce houses measures approximately 14 feet by 14 feet. We ask for 20 feet of clearance above the bounce and dry, flat ground below. Our bounce houses are commercial grade and certified by the State of Iowa. The maximum weight at one time is 800 pounds and 180 pounds per occupant.

Unfortunately, sometimes we are forced to cancel a reservation due to weather. In this case you will not be charged and we will do our best to help you rebook. 

You are able to cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in forfiture of the deposit paid, which may be up to 50% of the rental cost.
